what is this

The original hello neighbor announcement trailer from 2015 ends right as you reach the basement door. Neighbor grabs you, you get buried alive, screen goes black. No basement. Nothing

This is a fan recreation of that prototype house with the original basement added on, plus a few more things.

what's in it

• The prototype house built to match the trailer. dining room window, the nightstand, the furniture barricades, the tomato in the trailer
• Neighbor behavior based on what's seen in the trailer footage
• The original basement section inspired by the pre-alpha and alpha 1.5 footage

why

The prototype was never a real playable build. Dynamic pixels recorded the trailer directly in the engine and never compiled it. I just wanted to actually walk through that house.

Short experience. Don't go in expecting a full game, it's more of a recreated moment than anything.
